MIRRORLAND – A Good Friday & Resurrection Weekend Special

SERVICES THIS WEEKEND

In a world of social media, every ‘mirror’ is calling out. We take references from our mirrors in some way, sometimes allowing those reflections to influence us – telling us who we are or can be. How do we know which images to trust? How can we discern the voice of truth?

MIRRORLAND holds a timely and important message for every generation living in this digital age.

It’s Father’s Day Weekend! Dads are often the quiet heroes in the family, with their efforts and love going unnoticed many times. But we want them to know that we appreciate them for ALL they do in our lives! This Father’s Day, let’s celebrate all our fathers who mean so much to us.

Join us, as we hear from a wonderful line up of dads who will be sharing the Father Heart of God with us. And not to forget the treat we’ve prepared for our dads in the house.

Invite your dads or someone special for this PlusONE weekend.

SERMON TITLE

What about God?

Despite the grave mistakes and sins King David committed, God personally testified that he was ‘a man after His own heart, who will do all His will’. How is that even possible? There must be something about David’s heart posture that endeared him to God and that gives us hope. If David can be a man after God’s own heart, so can you.

Creating Spaces for Transformation, Not Just Safety

Too often, we focus on creating ‘safe spaces’ for comfort, while Jesus calls us to something deeper – building spaces for transformation. This message challenges us to go beyond comfort, opening our hearts to welcome the stranger, the broken, and the marginalised. It’s about offering spaces where people can encounter the radical, life-changing love of God. Let’s learn how to cultivate radical hospitality that reflects His heart and transforms lives!
